Violet + Nik’s Wedding at the Abernethy Center in Oregon
On a Tuesday afternoon in June Violet and Nik Stone read their vows surrounded by their closest family and friends. The Abernethy Center in Oregon City was the perfect backdrop for this early summer wedding, the air was warm and it was perfect example of summers here in the PNW.
What I loved most about this wedding outside of the huge friend crush I have on the couple, is that their friends and family really showed up on the dance floor for them. Tuesday weddings are rare, and it requires people to get time off from work if they work a traditional 9-5 job. Their friends and family SHOWED UP, they had friends that flew in from all over the country to celebrate them and it was so sweet seeing them surrounded by love.
I look forward to capturing their love story as time goes on, and forever thankful for the friendship I have built with these two.
